Emergency Phone Number The office phone number is: 707.251.9200. If upon an emergency you need to contact an instructor regarding late pick-up of your student please dial 251.9200 or the individual instructor’s personal mobile phone.

Tuition/Registration Fees Each family is required to pay a $40 annual non-refundable SANV Membership Fee due in September. This fee is valid September 1, 2008-August 31, 2009. There is a $15 visitor fee for any single class taken.
Check with individual instructors for ongoing tuition prices and schedules. Tuition installments are due September 15, November 3, January 5, March 1, and April 20. Cancellation after tuition installment has been paid is subject to a fee of 25% of remaining balance. All payments made 15 days after the due date are considered late and your account will be charged a $20 late fee. All returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. All prices and fees are subject to change.

Attendance If you must miss a class please leave a message for the instructor. There is no reimbursement for absences. You may however take a makeup class in a similar class within the month. If a teacher must miss a class and is unable to contact you or arrange for a substitute, a note will be placed on the door of the studio and the class will be rescheduled.

Drop Off/Pick Up When dropping off students please read any notes attached to the door or written on the bulletin board. Please make sure your child has entered the studio and has been acknowledged by the instructor. Dance students must wait just inside the studio door until the instructor has invited them to join class. Please arrive promptly when picking up your child. There is a $25.00 per half hour charge for pick-up of students after a 15 minute grace period. In no situation an instructor, employee or volunteer of SANV may provide transportation for students to or from SANV.

Viewing Classes All parents and caregivers may view classes through glass doors and windows in the waiting area. Only upon invitation by instructor will parents or caregivers be allowed in the studio.

Food Policy Absolutely NO FOOD OR DRINKS are allowed in the Dance Studio. No peanuts or peanut food products are to be eaten or carried into the studio.

Dress Code Street shoes are not allowed on the dance floor. See individual instructors for proper attire and supplies.
